Who we are
Omniray is a game for iPhone and Android made by Nazariy Mandebura, an independent developer. If you have a question about this policy, write to support@darencorp.dev.
Your game stays on your device
Omniray has no account and no backend server. There is no sign-up and no login. Your settings, saved games, statistics, puzzle progress and hint balance are stored only on your device. We do not receive them, and we cannot see them. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
On Android, the system may include the app's on-device data in your Google Account's device backup, so it can come back when you reinstall the app or move to a new phone. Google stores that backup under its own policies; we cannot see it.
Ads
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob: a short ad between some games, and an optional ad you can watch for more hints. The app only requests non-personalized ads, which are not based on your past behaviour, and it limits ads to content rated for all ages.
The app does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with data brokers.
To serve ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google's ads software still collects some data from your device: device identifiers, coarse location (from your IP address), advertising data such as which ads were shown or tapped, and diagnostic data. On Android, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may read the device's advertising ID to serve non-personalized ads, measure them and prevent fraud; you can reset or delete it in Android settings. Google processes this data under its own policies. You can read how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
If you buy the unlock, the app stops showing ads between games.
Consent
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent with Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before ads are requested. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy choices.
Purchases
On iPhone, in-app purchases (the unlock and hint packs) are handled by Apple through StoreKit. We never see your name, Apple ID or payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to the payment.
On Android, purchases are handled by Google through Google Play Billing and tied to your Google Account. We never see your payment details. Google's privacy policy applies to the payment.
Children
Omniray is not directed at children. Ads in the app are limited to content rated for all ages (G).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
